I have been dealing with Peter for more than 15 years. During my most recent experience in purchasing a new family car, I was pressured by the car dealership to take out finance with them. Despite telling me there would be no problem with arranging the finance, by the time my new car was ready to be picked up, the finance was still up in the air.
